Here's Heidi's take on the day's principle activity, as conveyed in an email to Jeremy Khan in Delhi (Jeremy, a journalist friend of Evan and Sarah, works in India where his wife is stationed as a British diplomat; and we had hoped to visit them during our stopover enroute to Goa. Schedule changes will prevent that, much to our chagrin.):
"We just spent 1 1/2 hours at Hopkins getting our tickets rewritten because of the schedule change. I think all is in order now. AA is the one who made this schedule change and yet they were giving us a hard time about a fee for the change. Our travel agent had spent hours arranging the fee waiver, but we still had to get him on the phone with the desk at Hopkins to get it taken care of. The poor agent at the airport had a headache when we first walked up to the counter and I think she was exhausted by the time she was finished with us."
We'll hope this is the only glitch facing us over the weeks ahead!
